Merick H. Limsky has been practicing labor law on behalf of unions and employees for over twenty years.  He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and his law degree from Ohio Northern University School of Law.  His practice focuses on contract negotiations, contract enforcement, representation in disciplinary matters, response to critical incidents, employment litigation and all other areas where employees' terms and conditions of employment are affected.

Marcia J. Mitolo has been practicing for over a decade on behalf of unions and their employees. She is a graduate of Rutgers University, majoring in Labor Studies, with a Masters Degree in Labor and Employment Relations.  She obtained her J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law.  She practices in all legal forums including Federal and NJ/NY State courts, the Office of Administrative Law, and the Public Employment Relations Commission.  Specialties include, contract negotiations, disciplinary matters, complex pension applications, issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as all other matters concerning the rights of employees.
